Description of the theft
Half a bell attached on the front. The back mud guard is a bit broken. It has a stand. It has paniers which are a bit loose. It was stolen from Lansbury Lodge on Ricardo Street (where I work). It was taken by a lady with a limp who was seen leaving the building with the build (but the person who saw her assumed the bike was hers). It has two bike locks attached to it (but neither were locked to anything). One is a blue d-lock from giant and the other is a red wire lock.
