Description of the theft
U-lock (kryptonite series 2) was cut through with bolt cutters. someone tried to steal this bike off another nearby street corner and failed a few weeks prior, and came back with stronger/sharper cutters. U-lock was through frame and both wheels. The other bike on the same post was not touched.
