bikes were locked to hitch mount Thule bike carrier on SUV parked inside parking garage next to Embassy Suites Hotel on Congress Ave. Appears that attempt was made to cut cable, but then cable was ripped from the ball socket embedded in the carrier. Was stolen with a Black/green Northrock XC27.
