Description of the theft
My bike was stolen outside of the apartment building at 100 Grand Ave. Oakland, CA. It was parked with a U-lock and cable lock overnight. There is a security camera from the apartment building on that bike rack which probably recorded the theft. The bike was registered nad has serial number A0977 and license number 4097815.
