Description of the theft
The bike was locked to a bike rack in front of the University of Washington Medical Center Emergency Room entrance. The cable lock is in the UWPD's possession, along with the tool used to cut it. Unfortunately, the bike rack had 6 stalls and the security camera only catches the closer two racks; the other four (including the one to which has bike was locked) are out of camera view. Report filed with UW PD, and information given to SPD officer as well.
