Description of the theft
I parked my bike a little before 5:30pm at a bicycle stand south of the corner of 6th
Ave S and S Lane St, on my way to meet friends at the grocery store Uwajimaya. I
locked my bike to the stand with a steel cable through the front wheel and the
frame. After shopping for no more than two hours, I walked back down 6th Ave S
from the north, when I found my bike gone and the steel cable lock severed cleanly,
still hanging on stand.
