Bicycle detail

My sister stole my bike, I know she's fallen on hard times with drugs, but I'd still like to get it back. She simply took the key to the bike (along with the key to my house) and rode off with my bike while she was at my house to try to get some help and I haven't seen her or the bike since.

Even though the bike was stolen from my property, I have reason to believe the bike would have been ridden straight to the Freedom Park area of town and that's likely where it still is somewhere in the homeless encampments there, possibly closer to the railroad tracks.

Bike is cream colored, has a bell and a brown wicker bike basket attached that still had the tag on it at the time of the theft. I bought the bike second hand off craigslist, so I'm not sure of its model year, but from googling around it might be 2006-2007ish.
