Description of the theft
Between 11pm and 6am on 10/13/2015, cable was cut and bike was wheeled away from stairwell in front of my apartment. Rear tire was flat, thief may have tried to ride away based on scrapes on concrete.
I believe it may have been one of the transient dumpster divers that visits our complex from time to time but have not seen them riding on anything similar.
