Description of the theft
Two specialized brand bikes were stolen in Humble area off the bike rack. The cable was cut and the tire straps were also cut. This happened over night. One was a size L frame color green and the other was mine a size XS color mat black with white print, it had hot pink hand grips. Both bikes had shwinn bike seats with LED lights on the back and the green bike had a pouch for a phone strapped to the frame on the front
