Bicycle detail

I had my road bike stored in my enclosed stairwell on the third floor of my apartment complex, it was tucked in a corner and out of the walk way. I had a heavy duty cable lock that secured it to the railing. When I went into the stairwell Monday morning I noted my bike lock was cut and left on the ground and my bike gone. I last saw it Friday so it likely happened sometime over the weekend. I live in a small (9 units) locked/gated condo complex, so someone would’ve had to find a way to sneak in/enter our locked complex and go up the enclosed stairwell to the third floor with heavy duty cutters to get my bike. It also would’ve needed to been carried off and not ridden as I had taken off the front wheel to deter anyone on the off chance someone would try to take it. The bike frame is a women’s size, black, with white lettering that says specialized and light blue and white stripes on the top bar. The handlebars have bright blue tape wrapped on them.
