Description of the theft
Parked e bike outside friends house at 3:50pm next to their cars and when I was about to leave at around 11pm the bike was gone. I quickly asked the friend if maybe they took it inside but they didn't see the bike. Not sure on a time of theft but anywhere from 4-11pm
