Description of the theft
Bike was locked with U-lock through frame and front tire to a second bike. Second bike was locked to a bike rack with a combination cable lock through its frame and both wheels. Bike rack is in "secure" parking garage under apartment building. Cable lock was cut and both bikes were stolen.
