Description of the theft
Bike secured with cable/key lock stolen from bike rack downtown between 11:45 am - 2:30 pm. Bike is circa 1995, early generation mountain bike style (no suspension), 21 speed, metallic teal with purple lettering, has newer wide hybrid 26" tires, black grip shifts, black rack, black plastic water bottle holder, black seat with wear, rear reflector plus mount for front light. May have serial but it is unknown. Low street value but lots of sentimental value!
