Description of the theft
Bike was parked in basement of building, when I discovered on 9/5 at 10:30am that my bike was stolen. Bike was not locked to the bike rack but was secured behind 2 locked doors, and a code activated elevator. Thief was able to evade the three cameras on front of building, one on the side, one in the elevator and one in the lobby according to management
