Description of the theft
Bike was locked via a U-Lock to the bike rack outside of the Walmart in Kingsway Mall. Mall security has a video of the theft, and pictures of the two people who stole it. They stole the bike without cutting through the bike rack, and did not leave any part of the lock or bike behind.
