Description of the theft
Bike was on hitch rack and locked to car with cable. After leaving the vehicle for two hours, came out to find the cable had been cut and the rack was damaged (completely unnecessary!).
The bike is brown and is painted with wheat paste, which is translucent and allows the rusting metal color to show through. The front of the frame is plastered with faded Vermont Brewing Company beer labels under the wheat paste. There is a frame guard brazed onto the right side of the top-tube. The frame guard is a raised metal strip that runs parallel to the tube. In the center of the strip is a circle with the number 13 in the center.
