Description of the theft
7 I parked my bicycle in the hospital parking garage
located at 1 Shrader which is located North of the hospital entrance. When I parked it, I secured the bicycle with a heavy chain around the frame and front
wheel of the bicycle, locking the chain with a padlock. This was at 3pm on August 7, 2023.
When I completed my shift on August 8, 2023, I returned to the location of where I parked my bicycle at 7:45am and found that the bicycle was gone with the
broken lock and chain on the ground near where I had parked it.
