When was the last time you saw the item(s)?
I parked my scooter at the back door of the store Starbucks at the sidewalk. The last time I saw my scooter it was around 630 pm . At 8:00 pm my scooter was stolen.

At the back door of Starbucks M ST NW - 1209 34th St NW. It was locked with my cable lock chain at the parking sign.

The thief he cut my chain - also my scooter has key lock switch in order to start. He couldn't drive it. He pushed my scooter towards his place.
