Bicycle detail

My father was standing a distance from his bike when a man approached him and took his bike from him. My father ran after him (he is 77) and was unable to catch him. It was stolen in Bowness, Calgary and the man headed to the area of Montgomery. A passerby in a vehicle attempted to help my dad. She caught up to the man who stole it and was able to take a picture of the man. He threatened that he would use pepper spray if they did not leave him alone. I have attached a picture that includes my father's bike (coffee he bought is still in the holder) with the man who stole it.
