Description of the theft
I parked and locked my bike at the bike racks outside the Wells Fargo Building at the noted address. When I went back at approximately 4:15 p.m. it was not there. Talked to Wells Fargo security guard and hoping their cameras picked it up, although not sure if that will help at all. Filed report with Minneapolis PD.
